  1. All offers, gift vouchers and membership plans are exclusive and cannot be combined with any other promotions at Trē.
  2. All promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificate for unused differences can be issued.
  3. Advance booking is required. All reservations made are subject to availability and maybe subject to change. Any reservations made using any of the promotions above will be subject to our normal booking policy.
  4. Therapy indulgences include certain personalized therapies (e.g., Colon Hydrotherapy, individualized Yoga-Meditation, healing sessions) and other special treatments which are subject to additional charges based on actual cost.
  5. Guests and beneficiaries must comply with all house rules and regulations set forth by the management, which may be updated periodically.
  6. These offers are all exclusive of GST and transport. Transport can be arranged upon request and will incur an additional charge.
  7. Any additional purchases which exceed the value of these offers and promotions would need to be paid by the guest upon check out. 
  8. In the case of Gift Vouchers, please provide your name and voucher number at the time of booking. Gift Vouchers will be automatically redeemed in case of no show. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled vouchers are deemed invalid and shall not be accepted. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, expired, destroyed or used without permission. Trē accepts no liability of the same. 
  9. In the case of Memberships, please provide your membership number and member names at the time of booking.
