Ayurveda

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian ‘science of life’, is a holistic healing system that dates back over 5,000 years. Rooted in balancing the body’s 3 energy types or ‘doshas’ – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – it focuses on disease prevention and nurturing overall well-being.

Navarakizhi (Shashtika Shali Pinda Sweda) is a therapeutic massage using a warm poultice of medicated rice to strengthen muscles, induce relaxation and rejuvenate the body.
